Heather Cain is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in mental health counseling. She earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage & Family Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles.
Her specialties include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions, with a strong background in family systems work. She has experience in outpatient clinical practice, private therapy, and as an adjunct professor teaching and advising students at the University of Columbia. She has also facilitated workshops in organizational settings. As Clinical Director at Elevate, Heather leads the therapy staff, develops clinical programming, and ensures the delivery of culturally responsive, person-centered therapeutic care across all service lines.
