At this time, Elevate Mental Wellness is a private-pay practice. We do not yet accept insurance. However, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Insurance credentialing – including commercial plans, Medicare, and Medicaid – is underway and will be added as soon as approvals are issued.
For clients paying privately or those planning to submit for out-of-network reimbursement – our fees are as follows:
- Individual Therapy (60 minutes): About $245.
- New Psychiatric Intake: Normally $435, but clients who begin ongoing therapy receive an intake rate aligned with a standard therapy session.
- Couples and Family Sessions: Generally $205–$240, depending on session length and structure.
- Group Therapy: About $90 per person.
- Medication Management Follow-ups: Typically $140 for low-complexity visits and $200–$275 for moderate or higher-complexity appointments.

We specialize in working with adults (18+) who are navigating a range of mental health concerns — from common challenges like anxiety, depression, and grief to more complex conditions such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
We also support individuals dealing with life transitions, trauma, or chronic stress, including those whose physical health (such as digestive issues) may be impacted by mental wellness.
